All custom orders are final. I am a tumbler maker located in Joshua, Texas. I do take custom orders so if you are interested in being your Tumbler girl please feel free to drop me a message and I will gladly help you out. I do have a few rules to ordering tumblers: I require payment up front, so if you order from me I will send you an invoice, you will pay through the invoice and once the payment
clears I will add you to the line up of cups I am currently working on. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days then I will cancel the order. I no longer will ship items that are not paid for because unfortunately a few bad seeds ruined that for future customers and I have lost quite a bit of money on those project. I ask that you give me at least 6 weeks but up to 8 weeks to complete small orders and up to 12 weeks for large orders. This is a process and it take a lot of time to do your cups correctly and perfectly. If I make a mistake I will correct it for free, but it has to be a mistake on my part and not yours so please proof read everything before making the final payment on the tumbler, I will not be held responsible for something you misspelled. Custom orders are final and a refund will not be issued. I only accept cancellations within 24 hours after payment has been made, once that 24 hours has passed, I am usually working on your order so I do not allow cancellations at that time, let me explain why. If you cancel your order after I have already started it, that means that I have to take the tumbler and strip it down to it's bare bones and that takes time to do and it is a major pain to do so I would rather avoid that at all cost.
