*Quick Studio Update from Suzanne*
Wishing everyone the best of the Holiday Season.
Very happy to report that my chemo/radiation treatments are complete and I am feeling human again.
Those who know me are well aware that I will not tattoo if I have had even a cup of coffee- want to be sure my head is clear and hands are steady.
So I had to take some time off to be certain the side effects of treatment wouldn't affect the quality of my work.
My endurance is not quite back to normal- so for just awhile we will be accepting a limited amount of appointments each week.
Soon I anticipate being back full time.
I cannot express how grateful I am for the overwhelming outpouring of love, patience and support I have received.
You guys are truly the best!

PSA - Suzanne is on Vacation into the beginning of August. Upon her return she will be booking for the final quarter of the year and responding to all messages accordingly. Thanks for your patients.

Good evening everyone. I am pleased to announce that all the early calls are completed for the "works in progress" (as they have priority over new clients and pieces).
The schedule it is now filled through the end of September. If for some reason we missed someone who has work to be finished (not new work) please send a private message and we will do our best to accommodate you. The down side to this is that any new clients who were planning on calling April 1st with the hopes to get in...you won't be.
For that we apologize... but those clients in "mid stream" need to be finished, just as you would want to be if you were in their situation. We appreciate your business as always. The next round of scheduling will be at the very end of JUNE in the same fashion as it was done this time. We will be taking note on which pieces get completed so that we can hopefully accept some new clients the next go around. She is blessed with a busy schedule due to her talent and we are blessed for such great clients to be able to work with. Thank you again.

Good afternoon. Public service announcement:

The schedule will be opening for July, August and Sept soon. I will be placing early calls this week sometime to those who have ink pieces IN PROGRESS that need finished FIRST as they have priority over ANY new pieces or clients. Once those are completed the remainder of open appointments ( if any) will be filled by new clients and / or new pieces on APRIL 1st on a first come first serve basis. I will NOT take any calls nor adhere to any voice mails or texts that come in prior to 10am on April 1st in an attempt to jump the gun. We all have cell phones...we are all on the same clock...please use it.

And please remember...if it were you who had work to be finished...you would want your ink done first as well before a new client. A little respect is all that is required. Thanks in advance.

Today Permanent Ink Studio says goodbye to a member of our extended family.
Brett's father will be laid to rest this afternoon.
Our heart goes out to him, his family and loved ones.

Good evening. A little message and update. First we are completely filled through the end of June. On April 1st appointments will be opened for July, August and September. There will be ones placed on an early call list for clients who are currently "works in progress" who I will call personally prior to April 1st. Current clients with unfinished pieces will have priority over brand new pieces.

Secondly...it shouldn't need to be said but...we do try to accommodate all of our clients to the best of our ability with scheduling and such and we really feel that we add the personal touch through Suzanne's personable demeanor and the reminder texts or calls that we send out for upcoming appointments and by really trying to understand the clients needs. However....we are human and we do error from time to time. Forgetting to call someone to schedule may be one of those errors. We / I deal with hundreds of clients and sometimes ppl fall through the cracks by complete mistake. That being said, it is not a ploy to purposefully NOT schedule you. We really are the easiest people to get along with. As long as respect is shown...it will be given in return. Looking forward to a great year with our clients.

As you all know in a few days we will be filling October, November and December 2016 for Tattoo appointments. This is an addendum to the original plan:

DUE TO FAMILY MEDICAL CONCERNS AND PRIOR ARRANGED APPOINTMENTS, phone calls will not be taken until MONDAY MORNING JULY 4th at 9am. And as usual, all voice mails will be returned in the order they were received. When their gone...their gone. Have a great holiday weekend.

ATTENTION...THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOLS JOKE: :)

Good morning everyone. As you all know this morning has been insane to say the least...13 voice mails before 9am even hit along with the calls still coming in after 9am. If you had intentions on calling later wanting an appointment I am sorry to say they are filled for July, August and September. Yes...they filled that quickly. On behalf of Suzanne and myself, we would like to thank you for your business and also for understanding the tight scheduling. We will still take consult appointments for future tattoo appointments in the fourth quarter of 2016. Again...thanks so much.

Good Morning Everyone....Just a little something from the desk of Permanent Ink...If you have an appointment, and you are sick (Fever, vomiting, bad cold, snot, coughing)...it is ADVISED that you notify us via a text or a voice mail that you intend on canceling due to this and that you'd like to reschedule. Here is the bottom line...if Suzanne gets sick from YOU...that means one of two things....1. She will pass YOUR illness onto another client (which could be YOU)...or 2. She won't be able to work and will have to cancel other clients for an undisclosed amount of time...which takes her income away AND creates a scheduling nightmare...(neither of which is good). If this does occur, you will be rescheduled in a very timely manner. Your thoughts on this matter are greatly appreciated in the future...thanks again and looking forward to a illness free 2016 with you all.
