Made in Muncie Pottery is located in Downtown Muncie, IN. We are a Contemporary Pottery Studio and Gallery Space. Walk-ins Welcome - No appointment necessary and plenty of options that range in price from $5 to over $100. Items painted in our studio need to be fired in our kilns before they are ready to take home. Pieces are ready for pickup 7 - 10 days after painting. We'll get your contact infor

mation before you leave so we can call you as soon as your treasure is ready for pickup! Made in Muncie loves parties! We have an official move-in date! 🚨

After months of planning, renovating, and sharing updates along the way, we're excited to announce that our first day in the new shop will be September 9th! 🎨💛

It's a block south of where we currently are, in the brick building touching the Murray building! Sept 9th will be our soft reopening as we settle into the new space just down the road. Then, on October 1st, we'll celebrate with an official ribbon cutting during First Thursday/Arts Walk.

We can't wait to welcome everyone into the new studio. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer!

🔥 Kiln day is a little like opening presents.

We know what's inside, but we never know exactly how each piece will look once the firing is complete. Colors brighten, glazes shine, and all those little details start to come to life.

Today's kiln unload was packed with creativity, and we loved seeing the finished results. Great job, everyone! 🎨

🚧 Progress is happening! 🚧

Every time we stop by the new location, it's a little easier to imagine all the pottery, classes, parties, and memories that will fill the space in the future.

We're still hard at work getting everything ready, but we can't wait to share more updates along the way... But we can tell you we're still aiming for a Fall opening date! In the meantime, don't forget we're still open at our current location and creating as usual. 🎨💛

Did you know we offer private pottery wheel lessons? 👀🏺

Whether you've always wanted to try the wheel or you're looking for a unique experience to share with someone else, our private lessons are a fun way to learn something new.

You'll spend an hour in our wet studio with local ceramic artist Eugene Boyd, creating your own pottery piece from clay. Later, you'll come back to glaze it, giving you a chance to experience both sides of Made In Muncie Pottery.

Lessons can be booked for one person or two people through our website. 🎨
