Greetings and hope everyone is enjoying Spring. If you are interested in renting the club we have some availability for weddings and parties still this season. We have recently had a change in rental manager and I have been going through the openings.

Available weekends are as follows

April 25th
May 9th
July is wide open
August 8th
August 15th
August 29th
September 12th
October 31st
November wide open

Remember we are air conditioned and brand new!

Clinton County Christmas Cabin
Sunday Dec. 21 2 - 8pm.

• Free Professional Pictures by Katlin Lee Photography
• Santa’s REAL Reindeer will be visiting from 2-5pm
• The Grinch will be there from 3-6pm.
• Members of CP Choir will be caroling from 2-3pm
• Stage 1 Dancers will be dancing starting at 5:30pm
• Coco Beans Coffee Shop will be serving FREE Hot Chocolate from 2-8pm.
• The Pour Pair will be serving FREE popcorn and Cider from 2-8pm.
• Soup will be served from 2-8pm.
• Smores Station and Bonfire, sponsored by Asher’s Plumbing Co., will be open 2-8pm.

All of this is 100% FREE! Grab your families and enjoy some Christmas Magic ✨

Note from the president.

I have great news to report! The construction to the clubhouse is finished and we have passed inspections. We are just waiting on our occupancy permit that we should have in the coming days. We are now accepting reservations for later June and beyond and ready to host your event. We will be having an official open house hopefully in the next couple months for the public to come check out the new club.

There will be a few changes that come with having a nice, brand new building. Our club members put much work, time and money into our building. Going foreward decorations are forbidden to be stapled, pinned or taped to the walls windows or doors. To help enforce this and keep the club in great condition the damage deposit has been raised to $500. This amount will be refunded after inspection of rental if no damage is found.

We did vote to increase our rates a little from previous but also wanted to keep them in line.

Public rates going foreward:
Friday only $400
Saturday only. $400
Sunday only. $250
Friday-Saturday. $650
Saturday-Sunday. $550
Weekend Fri-Sun. $625

Wedding Package 6am Thursday-6pmMonday. $1,500

We still have the same great ammenities including RV electric hookups for up to three RVs, firepit, picnic shelter, wedding arbor, fireplace, air conditioning and WI-FI, plus we are now ADA approved with wheelchair access ramps and larger restrooms.

A very high percentage of club members are CP alumni and proud of Prairie's historic run for the state basketball championship. Go Gophers!

We still have much work to do but the new clubhouse is coming along. We please ask that you do not call or message us regarding rentals until we are ready to announce a reopening.

Take a look at this trailer. Is it yours or happen to know who it belongs to? I believe someone brought it to haul wood away from the fallen tree. It's been here at least three weeks and we have asked those we thought it might belong to but no one has claimed it. We are hopefully getting close to receiving our required permitting to start the rebuilding process and we need it removed.
