You just finished your day, but you promised yourself you'd work out today. You drag yourself to the gym, force yourself onto the treadmill for a warm up. Then head over to the weights, You start pick up and putting down the heavy dumbbells, all while you're thinking about the million things you have to do when you get home, laundry, cooking, dishes, etc. the gym starts getting busy, you head home, but at least you went right?😕

Our Bad B Heel Flow is the perfect little me time moment. You can dress up or down. And just pause the world for a moment while you embrace your sensual power. Heels are completely optional but encouraged. If you don’t have heels, you are welcome to wear socks, but we also have a Borrowed Sole Heel cart with sizes 5-13 for you to borrow. We also sell Pleasers Heels in the studio. We also have knee pads if you need to borrow those as well. We try to help break down any barriers so you don’t have to stress and can show up as you are. Re-sharing this because it’s truly incredible what pole does for people. The community and confidence it builds is just so amazing. I totally understand what it’s like to be a shy soul. I remember telling people that I started taking pole dancing classes and everybody thought I was crazy because that’s totally out of my norm and what people expect when they think of someone who pole dances. I’m usually the quiet one who keeps to themselves, but there’s just something about it that teaches you to be strong and confident and not to care what others think that drew me in and I love sharing that with others. we have tons of class options for you whether you’re a complete beginner or if you’re more advanced pole dancer. Just a heads up, we are already booking out for our 4 week Intro to Pole series in July. We only have two more spots in our Tuesday and Thursday sessions and then Sunday has 7 spots. If you’re interested in starting our four weeks series please make sure you get on and book your session ASAP so you have a spot. We no longer do waitlists so if you miss out, you would have to wait until we post our schedule for August. Our Intro to Pole series goes over lots of basic pole moves so that you can build a really strong foundation and feel really confident and successful in starting your pole journey. The classes reoccur for four weeks on the same day and time every week. And then you also see the same smiling faces a week over a week so it’s a great way to meet some friends and start your pole journey. You can book it on our website. It’s only $130 for all four sessions. After you complete the four week Intro to Pole series we recommend that you either try Pole Play 101 or step into Next Level if you’re wanting more of a challenge. And then some even like to repeat the four week series so that is totally okay too.

Sad we won’t be able to make pride in the park this year due to my own personal injury. But we do have Suppole Saturdays coming that evening at the studio hosted by Konstance which is a drag and pole combo show so it starts at 8 PM on June 20th and you should definitely come check it out. It’s $10 at the door or you can buy tickets online. And if you’re interested in pole classes, obviously we totally have you there. We have beginner single drop in classes as well as 4 Week Intro to Pole series. We are an judgment free and inclusive studio and we love and support all who walk through our doors. ❤️ # # # # #

I suck at normal workouts. I often find the gym intimidating. But pole. Whew I love it. There is something about the challenge that I just can’t get enough. I love the progression. And pushing the limits. And then pole is just a whole vibe. The community is amazing. You could come to your first class and be hyped up by a complete stranger who loved your fit or that you did the dang thing. I haven’t seen that in many places. If you find yourself struggling to move your body, it could just be you haven’t found your movement yet. Try pole. Try Lyra. Try silks. Try rollerskating. Try Pilates. Try yoga. Try whatever peaks your curiosity. If you want to try pole, come to us at Strong Souls. We would love to have you. We have plenty of beginner friendly options. ❤️

Some people just want to dance and feel sexy. This is the class for that. It’s a floor based routine style class that we teach step by step and give modifications as needed. Heels are optional but so fun. Socks help mimic the glide. We also sell Pleaser heels in the studio. (Also you have a pole to hold onto if heels and falling are your concern) This is truly an all levels class and we love beginners. It’s personally one of my favorites and this style of pole is what truly got me hooked. I literally watched my first heels instructor glide effortlessly like a goddess and wanted to be everything she was. 😅 I enjoy tricks and flying but I love a good set of heels and rolling around on the floor. Because mama needs a bit of confident energy here and there. Wear the outfit. Wear the makeup. Wear the heels. Or don’t. Come however you want. No judgment. Just love and hype.
