2025 Fair Artisan
Nina Vincent learned to crochet in a mountain village in Guatemala in the mid 80’s from a young Mayan boy. She turned crocheted hand bags into colorful hats and has been making them ever since. Recently Nina has been playing with clay and has enjoyed experimenting with marbling and other artsy imperfect styles. Nina is a long time Muir Beach resident and loves her community and events that bring people and their interests together in joyous, playful, heart-centered settings.

Barbara W. Stanger at 94 (hard to believe) is a professional artist, jeweler and teacher (at the college level), with a BFA degree and an MA in Art Education. She started making brass ornaments in 1983, after receiving a commission from the Metropolitan Opera Guild in NYC, and has sold them in galleries and fine craft stores all across the USA

Karisma Wilson has studied art around the world, with particular interest in the intersections of clay and the natural world. She is influenced by the tides of treasures of Muir Beach, creating pottery, collages and more with the shells and sea glass that wash ashore.

Heather Moore was living in Muir Beach when she wrote her children's book about Kazoo, her Chinese, hairless, crested dog. In Why Does Everyone Stare At Me? Kazoo feels bad when people point and laugh at him because he doesn’t look like everyone else. Not only is his body hairless but he has a shock of hair on his head. Join him as his grandfather tells a story that will take you both on a trip around the world featuring many pictures of this beautiful area. Kazoo will learn that we are all unique animals that are special because of our differences. Also, talk to her about using your photos to create a one of a kind book about your favorite subject.

Byoung-hoon Woo hails from South Korea. After earning his BFA in Industrial Design from Hongik University, he built professional experience in product and spatial design. In 2023, he moved to San Francisco to pursue an MFA in Design at California College of the Arts, where he explored physical computing, 3D printing, and mold casting techniques. As an industrial designer, in 2025, he founded Infillia. Infillia is a design lab exploring unfamiliar elegance through 3D printing. We combine digital fabrication with handcraft to experiment with forms and sensations that are difficult—or impossible—to realize through conventional mass production. Each object introduces unfamiliar sculptural language into familiar everyday items, offering new ways of seeing and feeling. Infillia designs for moments when perception quietly shifts.
