⚡ One epic Friday night. Three incredible bands. GermanFest 2027 is ready to rock Muenster! 🤘🎸

Kicking things off is Southern Couch Band, followed by the return of two legendary tribute acts:

⚡️ Back in Black– delivering the ultimate AC/DC experience.
🐎 The Four Horsemen - A Celebration of Metallica – bringing Metallica’s biggest hits to life.

Roll call! Who's coming to the Muenster Volunteer Fire Department's annual All You Can Eat Barbecue & Auction??

🔥 Fire up your appetite!! Join the Muenster Volunteer Fire Department for our annual All You Can Eat Barbecue & Auction on Saturday, August 8 at the Sacred Heart Community Center!!

Bring your appetite and your bidding arm because it's time for one of Muenster's favorite summer traditions! Enjoy all-you-can-eat barbecue, score some great auction finds, take your shot at the raffle, and spend the evening with friends and neighbors while supporting the Muenster Volunteer Fire Department.

We'll start serving barbecue at 6:00 PM, kick off the Live Auction at 7:30 PM, and finish the night with our Raffle at 10:00 PM. Stay COOL in our new Air Conditioned Venue! 🧊

Admission is just $15 for adults, $10 for kids ages 4–10, and children 3 and under eat FREE.

Fill your plate, outbid your neighbors, try your luck in the raffle, and help support your hometown firefighters. We'll see y'all on August 8!

Huge shoutout to two of the original 8 visionaries who started GermanFest 50 years ago — Alvin Fuhrman and Jane Monday! 🥨🍺🇩🇪

Without your dedication to the spirit of Muenster, this festival wouldn’t be what it is today. While GermanFest has grown and evolved over the years, its heart remains the same because of pioneers like you.

We are incredibly grateful for the foundation you built, and we’re committed to honoring that legacy by going the extra mile to make GermanFest bigger and better each year.

Here’s to 50 years of heritage, tradition, and community — and to those who started it all. Prost! 🍻

A few pictures snagged from the 50th Germanfest Fun Run! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ There was plenty of competition in this 5K, and what better finish line than GermanFest!

Big thanks to the Knights of Columbus No. 1459: Muenster Council for hosting another great run and being part of our 50th Anniversary weekend!
