Kate Conway (U/S Veronica, Annette) is a St. Louis native and an alumna of Elon University’s Acting Department and the Accademia dell’Arte in Italy. Making her Nor Cal debut, Kate brings a decade of experience across film and theater, including roles in the Amazon war drama Alone We Fight and the satire Friends Like These. When not on stage, she balances her time with yoga and facilitating team building for companies like eBay, Meta, and Apple. She has recently launched ThreePartBreath.com, a platform that connects professional actors with businesses to build authentic, high-quality content for their brands and teams. Kate is incredibly grateful for the warm welcome to the Nor Cal theater community and sends a huge thanks to her family and friends for their constant, non-confrontational support! Cheers to a “civilized” evening.

Scott Solomon (Alan) returns to The Pear after appearing in House and Garden many years ago. Favorite recent roles include Stan in Sweat (PAP), Captain Von Trapp in The Sound of Music (FMT), Father in Eurydice (PAP), Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady (BBB) and Alan Raleigh in God of Carnage (PAP). Scott, newly retired, lives his dream in Half Moon Bay with his husband, Milton, and their sweet mischievous Shiba Inus, Sonny and Kira.

Patty Reinhart (Annette) most recently performed in the Los Altos Stage production of Cabaret and as assistant choreographer in The Pear’s production of My Fair Lady. Some of her favorite roles have been Morales in A Chorus Line, Anita in West Side Story, Mistoffelees in Cats, and she has performed with various theatre companies including TheatreWorks, Palo Alto Players, Silicon Valley Shakespeare, and City Lights. Richard Perez (Michael) has worked nationally as an actor, director, educator and arts administrator. Representative acting roles include Mando in How to Make an American Son, Nate in The Birds, Gabe in Dinner with Friends, Oscar in The Odd Couple, Bobby Gould in Speed the Plow and Malvolio in Twelfth Night, On television he appeared as Councilman Ortiz on Boss, with Kelsey Grammer, as well as guest roles on Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, and Electric Dreams.

Select directing credits include: Clybourne Park (SFBATCC best overall production), Human Error, The Wolves, The Thanksgiving Play, True West, Hurly Burly, The Christians, Cry It Out, Detroit ‘67, All My Sons, Into the Woods, Urinetown, The Mercy Swing (New York Fringe Festival) and Nocturnal (The Kennedy Center).

Richard is the former Artistic Director of Town Hall Theatre in Lafayette and the Bloomington Playwrights Project in Indiana as well as Associate Artistic Director at Chicago Dramatists.
