For Ekaterina, years of training under the direct guidance of OBA Founder & Artistic Director Marina Osipova, Ph.D. have been shaped by a long-standing artistic partnership built on trust, discipline, attention to detail, & a shared commitment to continual growth.

From her earliest years at Osipova Ballet Academy to major international stages around the world, Ms. Marina has remained the central teacher & guiding presence in Ekaterina’s development: refining her technique, shaping her musicality & artistry, challenging her to approach every role with greater maturity, & instilling the understanding that meaningful artistic progress is built through consistency, discipline, & purpose.

The impact of this years-long mentorship is reflected in Katya’s remarkable accomplishments at some of the world’s most prestigious international ballet competitions. Under Ms. Marina’s dedicated coaching & artistic guidance, she has earned distinction as a Prix de Lausanne 2026 Candidate, Diplomee at the XV Moscow IBC, 2x Gold Medalist at VKIBC, & Absolute Grand Prix Winner at the IDC Spoleto.

At Youth America Grand Prix (Youth America Grand Prix), Ekaterina’s exceptional achievements include the Senior Division Grand Prix at YAGP SF, 1st Place Classical at YGP Paris & YGP Italy, & the prestigious Natalia Makarova Award for Artistic Excellence at the 2026 YAGP Finals in Houston, where she was also recognized among the Top 12 Senior Women Overall.

Through her exceptional expertise, artistic vision, & unwavering personal commitment to her students, Ms. Marina continues to demonstrate the profound influence that a dedicated teacher has on a young dancer’s future.
