There have been lots and lots of kids that have come into Clint’s life over years either by being born to his friends that he had the pleasure of being asked to be there in the waiting room for the baby’s arrival to all the ones he hired and took under his wing either in the welding trade or rodeo. Y’all mean more to him than you will probably ever know. He doesn’t say “I love you in words” but he says it by trying to reach out and talk to you or his most favorite thing was for y’all to reach out to him and say, “I’m in a slump Clint, fix me” when we still had all the bulls. Or hey I wanna come just hang out with you, shoot the s**t, relive moments, and maybe burn something on the pit.
The other day one of those riders said he wanted to come over and stay the night. Clint made him his first bell when he started riding steers and this bell has been all over our great many states of the USA and even to the NFR idk how many times. He told Clint he’d sold his rope but he still had that bell. Clint told him that he’d feel honored if he’d sign that bell for him and let him have it. He immediately went out to his car and did just that! We love you so very much Reid and are proud to call you one of our many adopted sons.
