Students competed in the annual Alpha Rho Tau art show this last week, hosted by Liberty High School. MG came in overall in 2nd place! Receiving a total of 66 ribbons. Lilly Hines received Best in Show 3D and Maddie Jarrett ranked 4th in overall points for students. Congratulations to all who participated. I am so proud of all of you!

Mtn. Grove VAS is celebrating our very own Ms. Katlynn Ritchie! Katlynn was chosen as 1 of 4 by a Missouri Senator for District 10 which include Springfield, Nixa, and Ozark. Her monochromatic of her sister will hang in the Capital Building for a year! Congratulations Katlynn!

Alright guys! I know we had a club meeting today but here’s a recap/reminder of today meeting!

-PAY YOUR DUES AND PAY FOR YOUR SHIRTS & HOODIES!
Shirts-$15 (covered with your dues)
Hoodies-$20 (extra unless you only got a hoodie in that case +$5 on top of dues

-Paint night will be Thursday January 23rd! We will be selling tickets ahead of time and that will cover your Canvas, paint, their meal, and a drink. I will make another post to share later on.

- We have gotten many compliments on our shirts and hoodies! So we will be ordering more if someone wants to buy one they can email Mrs.Homer at [email protected] or [email protected] or comment on this post with size, Shirt or hoodie, and color options are Heater Grey, or Heather Maroon! (Grey hoodie is same as shirt color and print wise same with the maroon shirt and hoodie! Art ribs on the front and Mg Visual Arts Society on the back!)
