Our 11th annual "Arias in the Garden" at Briarwood Estate was a huge success. The PNO team outdid themselves to bring 133 people an incredible culinary and artistic experience. Thank you to our singers and to all those who attended and support Pacific Northwest Opera:

Menu:
Phyllo cups filled with mascarpone, sweety drop peppers or pickled blueberries and basil pistou
Islandic rye with home smoked salmon and crème fraiche
Fruit nut crisps with blue cheese, pinot noir poached figs
Caponata on crostini
Caprese skewers

Summer greens with aged pickled blueberries, candied pepitas, shallot vinaigrette and rosemary top note (an 8th note)

Grilled salmon with saffron aioli
Wild rice with hand-chopped toasted almonds, preserved lemon and dried cranberries
Green beans with balsamic glaze

Dark chocolate ganache cake with homemade Amarena cherry on top and amaretto tart cherry coulis.
