🤡 The last chance to catch the 60th Annual Popcorn Pete Children's Variety Show is today Saturday, April 25th at 11am, 2pm, and 6pm! The show is held at the Mt. Vernon Township High School Theater.

🍿 The theme this year is "Popcorn Pete's Colorful 60th Birthday Bash" and will feature Cinderella, Green Lantern, My Little Pony, Shrek, SpongeBob, and Zootopia.

🎉 This is a mutual fundraiser for MVTHS Special Olympics and MVTHS Drama Club. This is a LIVE theater event for young children and families! The Drama Club students have written the scripts and the show is fun, exciting, and interactive! The Special Olympics team handles ticket and merchandise sales! Yes, you can get some awesome Popcorn Pete merch at our shows!!!

We love getting around to all the schools to visit the kids! We appreciate the schools for letting us visit and get the kids all riled up for the day! 😂😅

We had a special visitor today in grades k-3! Don’t forget MTVHS is hosting Popcorn Pete this Friday at 6pm and then again on Saturday at 11 am, 2 pm and 7 pm. This years focus is emotions… with guests from Zootopia, Shrek and SpongeBob along with many others!!

The show is THIS weekend so be sure to get your $3 tickets now because tickets at the door will cost $5! General Admission advance ticket holders enter 30 minutes before the show. Everyone who has had a 1st birthday will need a ticket, even if sitting on a lap.

Remember, this is a CASH only event so bring extra money for merchandise and some to pick up some kettle corn on your way out!
