SWEDED FILM FEST
Isn't Sweden a country? It is! We hear they have great meatballs.
But Sweded films have nothing to do with Sweden the country, and everything to do with Michel Gondry’s Be Kind Rewind — a 2008 film in which video store employees (Jack Black and Mos Def) ruin an entire store worth of videos and cover their mistake by hilariously remaking films themselves.

Join us for the only festival of classic movies, re-made by amateurs who replace A-list stars and CGI with whatever is laying around their houses and a ton of creativity. It’s odd, unexpected, and a whole lot of fun.

There are just a few rules to a Sweded film. Keep it cheap, short, and out of control, but make it awesome.

Filmmakers can register now and submit their films by Nov. 15. Our panel of judges will choose winners for our cash prizes, and we’ll compile the best of the best Sweded submissions to be included in a feature-length compilation film.

We had 11 entries from our patrons whose cats we're selected to be featured in the Quarantine Cat Film Fest. Let's see if we can top that with the Sweded Film Fest.

A feature-length film with the selected Swedes will premiere in early December 2020. You can watch it at home through our virtual cinema or our In-Theater Experience.

Went tonight to the Lincoln to watch an old James Bond movie, felt good to be back! Seats are spaced out, everything is clean and safe. Thanks Lincoln for all the care taken to be safe.
I will never spend a penny to help these sick liberals. A hometown THEATER! Telling my kids to hate our police FILTHY sick people. If you love our town shout this sewer down.
Our five-star production of Charlotte Brontë’s Jane Eyre, a collaboration with Bristol Old Vic, premiered at 7pm on Thursday 9 April, (UK time), and is available until Thursday 16 April.
I've enjoyed National Theatre Live at the Lincoln, and discovered we can still see plays--free and streaming-- while we stay home. From Thursday 2 April, a number of productions previously screened in cinemas globally as a part of National Theatre Live will be made available to watch for free. The first will be Richard Bean's One Man Two Guvnors featuring a Tony Award-winning performance from James Corden. All the productions will be free and screened live every Thursday at 7.00pm UK time and will then be available on demand for seven days on the NT's YouTube channel. On 9 April there will be a streamed performance of Sally Cookson's Jane Eyre, Bryony Lavery's Treasure Island adaptation starring Arthur Darvill on 16 April and Twelfth Night with Tamsin Greig on 23 April. Further tiles are to be announced. Find out more on the National Theatre website
Saying this very loud. RESCHEDULE "THE MUSIC MAN" Every single person who has ever performed, worked backstage, costumed, or volunteered on a show KNOWS how much blood sweat and heart is put into their show. Give those performers and crew and music pit the opportunity to show off their talents and skills. Every other show the Lincoln had on the calendar has been rescheduled. EXCEPT this one. PLEASE RESCHEDULE THE MUSIC MAN
Is there any plans on trying to bring Hamilton to Mount Vernon?
