The city has been informed of an upcoming Southern Illinois Big Foot conference scheduled for this weekend, prompting Mayor John Lewis to swiftly convene a meeting with event organizers at city hall to discuss logistics. Following the meeting, Mayor Lewis signed a proclamation declaring this week Southern Illinois Big Foot Week. According to Facebook, the event will take place at the Granada on Saturday, September 5th.

Heads up!
If you are planning on attending the conference as a VIP and have not purchased your tickets yet, LAST CALL for the VIP TICKETS will be August 31st so we can have a head count for the venue that the meet and greet is taking place.
The VIP meet and greet will begin at 6pm on Friday Sept 4th.
The location will be announced exclusively to VIP ticket holders.

**Again, the last call for VIP tickets will be Mon August 31st. All other tickets will remain available up to the day of the conference.

Tickets-
$125 DEEP WOODS VIP tickets include:
●Upfront seating
●Private meet-n-greet dinner and reception (9/4/26 location and time will be announced to the VIP ticket holders only)

$75 BACK COUNTRY tickets include:
●Prefered seating with a great view of the speakers
●Access to our vendors.

$40 HIGH COUNTRY tickets include:
●Reserved general admission seating with a great view of the speakers.
●Access to our vendors.

****NOTES FROM THE ADMIN
-Be advised that the time on the Granada site is currently incorrect. Doors will open at 9am
Confrence will close at 6pm.

-Be aware that there will be no ticket resales by individuals. If you purchase a ticket and can not attend the Granada will refund you.

-If you are interested in being a vendor, please message our page ( Southern IL Bigfoot Conference ) directly. All vendor spot reservations will be made through the our page only. There will be no individuals in the comments selling vendor spots. If you see someone doing this please report to our page.

-While children are welcome with a paid ticket, the conference is geared toward a mature audience. The lecture hall must remain quiet. Disruptions will not be allowed. Viewer discretion is advised.
