It's almost Spring🪻 and that means it's seed-starting season 🌱! Flower seeds got an early start, and this year we ordered most of our seeds from Johnny's Selected Seeds ~ great quality and nearly every seed germinated🙌🏽. We just up-potted these from seed blocks to cells and can't wait to put them in the ground🎉

🎉 HUGE milestone achieved! 🎉

Our high tunnel installation is officially COMPLETE! 🏗️✅
Massive thanks to the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service EQIP grant program for making this dream a reality, Tunnel Vision Hoops LLC for being a great supplier, and to the incredible team (the Michaels & Co💪🏽) at Grow At Home for their expert construction work over the summer! 🙌🏽

This beautiful structure is going to be a game-changer for our growing operation. Can't wait to start prepping 🌱and planting 🌿 come spring 2026! The possibilities are endless and the excitement is REAL! 🤩

Here's to extending our growing season, protecting our crops, and taking our farm to the next level! 🚀💫

✨ What an absolute honor it was to host a breathtaking bridal shower for the lovely & local Patel family this July! 🌸

The big sister's vision was pure genius - an Italian picnic theme that transported everyone straight to the Tuscan countryside! 🇮🇹🍃 From green checkered linens to charming wicker baskets, every detail was perfection. The evening concluded with a gorgeous sunset, sweet s'mores, and a sparkler send-off, ✨

This celebration reminded us why we LOVE what we do - bringing even the most unique and niche visions to life! 💕 Whether you're dreaming of an Italian countryside escape, a bohemian garden party, or something completely out-of-the-box, we're here to make it happen at Mika Meadows ! 🎉

As we look back on the month of April, we're grateful for sunshine ☀️, rain 🌧 and soil ⛏️
We planted over 300 native plants 🪴, fruit trees 🌳, and flowering shrubs🌻.
The family also helped plant the cut flower garden with nearly 125 seedlings 🌱 that my mom started back in August.
Can't wait to share the season's bounty with you 💐
