One of Chef Brandon's favorites, our Texas Pecan Pay de Queso starts with a family recipe passed down from his grandmother—fresh goat's milk queso fresco, cream cheese, Mexican vanilla, and a few secret ingredients. We took that treasured recipe and gave it an East Texas twist with a rich pecan pie topping.
Pair it with a smooth Horchata Martini, enjoy a little live music, and settle into a Friday evening the way it ought to be.
