Friday night at Rancho means good food, familiar faces and live music on the patio.

Brandon Kruger will be with us from 6–9PM, and our Hatch Chile Shrimp Ranchero and Hatch Chile Mac will be available starting at 5PM (while they last).

And if you haven't tried our warm Dulce de Leche Bread Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, this might be a good night to finally save room.

There’s a lot of tradition in the things we make every day here at Rancho Seco.

Our Queso Fundido Jalapeño Poppers and Jalapeño-Cheddar Cornbread Muffins are made right here in our kitchen, by the same hands that prepare the meals we serve our community. It takes a little more time and a little more work, but that’s always been part of what good food means to us.

Over time, both have become more than menu items. They’ve become familiar favorites — the kind of food our guests look forward to when they come through our doors.

There are certain dishes that just feel like Rancho — familiar, full of flavor, and made for a good lunch (or dinner).

Our Pollo Del Rio starts with a grilled, marinated chicken breast finished with tequila-lime sauce and served with cilantro-lime rice pilaf, Rancho roasted potatoes, fresh pico de gallo and tortilla chips.

It’s fresh, hearty and rooted in the flavors we love sharing with our community.

Our Rancho Stack layers corn tortillas, refried beans, picadillo top sirloin, melted Mexican cheese, lettuce, tomato, crema and avocado verde — all stacked up for just $12.

If you’ve been in recently, you may have noticed this personality-packed gentleman, Ian Corrigan, making his way around the dining room. We’re excited to officially introduce Ian as the newest addition to the Rancho Seco Steakhouse management team, leading our Front of House operations!

Ian brings more than 21 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including the last 12 years traveling across the country and gaining experience in a wide variety of restaurant operations. He brings a wealth of knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and, if you’ve already met him, you know, plenty of personality.

We’re bringing a little Hatch chile season to Rancho this weekend.

🌶️ Hatch Chile Shrimp Ranchero — tequila-lime jumbo shrimp with fire-roasted Hatch chile ranchero sauce, rice pilaf and Rancho roasted potatoes.

🌶️ Hatch Chile Mac — cavatappi pasta tossed in our creamy, housemade Hatch chile cheese sauce and topped with tender carne asada.

Both are available after 5pm this weekend while supplies last.

And tonight, settle in for dinner and enjoy Mayson Garner live on the patio from 6–9PM. 🎶
