One of Chef Brandon's favorites, our Texas Pecan Pay de Queso starts with a family recipe passed down from his grandmother—fresh goat's milk queso fresco, cream cheese, Mexican vanilla, and a few secret ingredients. We took that treasured recipe and gave it an East Texas twist with a rich pecan pie topping.

Pair it with a smooth Horchata Martini, enjoy a little live music, and settle into a Friday evening the way it ought to be.

It's the middle of the week and we're thinking you need something a little hearty.

Our Rancho Chopped Steak starts with a half-pound of top sirloin, grilled and topped with sautéed onions, roasted poblano peppers, and our signature guajillo cream gravy. Served alongside garlic mashed potatoes and green beans, it's a hearty meal whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner.

Prefer to dip our guajillo gravy instead? Just ask your server to serve it on the side.
