We are SO excited to welcome our new and returning DT Nation dancers into the studio for another amazing season! 💙🩵
A few important reminders as we kick off Season 40:
📸 Stop by our photo station for those first-day-of-dance pictures!
👯‍♀️ Teachers will meet classes in the lobby and bring them to their classrooms.
📺 Parents are welcome to hang out in the lobby and watch on our observation TVs!
👟 Open House shoe, dancewear & merch orders are ready for pickup!
🛍️ AND… our NEW DT Nation merchandise is here! T-shirts, sweatshirts & sweatpants are available now!

We are SO proud to officially introduce the 47 incredible dancers who will be representing our studio on the competition stages this season! 🩵 From the first class to the final bow, we can’t wait to watch this team learn, grow, challenge themselves, make memories, and shine both on and off the stage.

✨Madison Tucker✨
”Hi everyone! I’m Madison Tucker! I am a 15 year alumni, past teacher’s assistant, and choreographer of DT Nation and a recent graduate of the CLI Conservatory in Northampton, MA where I trained in commercial, concert, and musical theater dance. I have trained closely with dance educators such as Teddy Forance, Martha Nichols, Riley Watts, and my mentor Jakevis Thomason. I was also a part of Encompass Dance Project’s Chapter III and Reign training programs. I am so excited to work with you all and I can’t wait to see what this year holds!”

✨Taylor Burchett✨
“Hi DT Nation families!
My name is Taylor Burchett! Dance Trap was the very first studio where I began dancing, so having the opportunity to return as an instructor truly feels like a full-circle moment.
I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2025, where I was a member of the App State Dance Team and had the honor of serving as captain during my senior year. Before college, I attended Mount Pleasant High School, where I was a cheerleader and also served as team captain during my final year.
Dance and cheer have been a huge part of my life for many years, and I love helping young athletes and performers grow in both skill and confidence. From traveling all over the US, working for Starpower, watching dancers from all over, it is incredible to see the community that dance creates!
I am passionate about creating a positive, encouraging environment where dancers can learn, have fun, and build lasting memories. I am so excited and grateful to be part of the DT Nation family!
