Mt. Pleasant -Iowa- 4th of July Committee The Mt. Pleasant 4th of July Committee was formed to raise money and plan the Community 4th of July Celebration in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. 501(c)3 organization.

The committee consists of 3 people who work for 9 months out of the year to plan and raise money for the 4th of July celebration. The committee relies solely on donations from local businesses and people in the community to fund the family area and fireworks show. If you are interested in volunteering please message us.

Firework prices have been soaring as is, but our supplier informed us that current and upcoming tariffs could cause a heavy impact on next year's show, so we want to get our order in early!

Next year is America's 250th birthday🎂, so we want to go BIG! Please consider donating to next year's event by watching for these donation buckets walking the grounds, drop it off at headquarters (near the Wright Pavilion), use our Venmo (), or mail a check to our committee at P.O. Box 751 in MP.
