Group Fitness classes will be free to all with SAC Access from Monday, August 31 to September 13.

Prices for classes starting September 14th are:

$3 for students
$5 for faculty/staff/community
$33 for student semester pass / $50 student annual pass
$55 for faculty/staff/community semester pass / $76 for faculty/staff/community annual pass

Starting this weekend, the Student Activity Center will have new hours for CMU students, faculty/staff, SAC members, and guests. Be sure to check the updated schedule before you visit! 🗓️

🏊 Pool: Closed for maintenance through September 21
🏋️ Fitness & recreation areas: Open during updated facility hours
💪 Group Fitness: Classes are FREE for CMU students and SAC Members during the first two weeks of September!

Our Student Activity Center hours will remain the same through August 29.
While the pool remains closed for scheduled maintenance, there's still plenty happening at the SAC.

Join us for midday Group Fitness classes, stay active with Intramural Sports opportunities for faculty, staff, and SAC members, and make the most of your summer with us!

⛳ Registration is NOW OPEN for Session 2 of University Recreation's Intramural Summer Golf League!

Faculty, staff, and SAC members are invited to join us for a fun, social league at Riverwood Golf Course.

🏌️ Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m.
📅 July 21 - August 25
👥 2-person teams (register as a free agent if you need a partner!)
🌟 All skill levels welcome

Your registration includes weekly greens fees, league administration, and scoring. Golf carts are available for an additional fee through Riverwood Golf Course.

⏰ Registration closes Sunday, July 18, and spots are limited to the first 20 teams!
