Adonai International A nonprofit organization devoted to the glory of God, and discipling the next generation of artists.

Adonai folks have provided training in the arts for the purpose of worship and discipleship since 2008. The inspiration of the Holy Spirit and God’s Word form our foundation. We desire to see the gifts and hearts of students cultivated for God's purposes. Prayer and scripture are a regular part of class and outreach. Through the partnership of Churches, Adonai reaches into both Nashville and Wilso

n County, providing worship environments for professional training in dance, music, instruments, painting, drawing, or production. Nashville First Church of the Nazarene is the home base for Adonai Arts Academy, providing a sanctuary stage, art and music rooms, and our dance studio with a state-of-the-art Harlequin sprung floor system. The Covenant Fellowship Church on Mount Juliet Road is the satellite site in Wilson County for dance classes. We strive to make the arts available to children in our community of all backgrounds and income, by providing financial aid and scholarships to those in need, including certified interpreting for the hearing impaired.

We’re excited to share that The Nashville Banner recently featured our Emmaus program in its article, “All Things Are Become New: How Nashville Churches Are Adapting to Changing Communities.”

The story highlights how local churches are responding to the needs of Nashville’s changing communities, with our Emmaus program featured alongside Nashville First Church of the Nazarene. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share how Emmaus is helping us connect with and serve our neighbors in new and meaningful ways.
