If you claim something, PAY FOR IT. Especially if you’re claiming MULTIPLE things and telling me you’ll pay when you get paid.
I have had WAY too many people claim items, have me pull them and hold them to the side, and then completely ghost me or come back with an excuse. At this point, I’m over it.
My shop is CLOSING. I am trying to get rid of the inventory I have left, and every item I hold for someone who never follows through is an item that someone else could have purchased.
I understand emergencies happen. I understand plans change. What I don’t understand is not communicating and leaving me hanging or making me wait till the day you said you’d pay and then change your mind when I reach out to you.
So moving forward, if you claim something, I expect you to follow through then. If you aren’t ready or able to pay, DON’T CLAIM IT. It’s really that simple ‼️
I have been more than patient, understanding, and flexible with people. I’ve worked with people on payments, held items, waited for paydays, and given people the benefit of the doubt—and I’m done allowing my kindness.
No more holds without payment. No more “I’ll pay you when I get paid.” No more chasing people down.
If you want it, claim it when you’re actually ready to purchase it. These issues really hurt small businesses. I’ve noticed, the biggest issues are from OTHER small business owners. 😭
I’m trying to close this chapter and move forward. Please stop making it harder than it already is on me.🖤
