Carters Valley Volunteer Ruritan The Area's Largest Block Party! Held the Saturday before Kingsport's Fun Fest, the Mount Carmel Block Party attracts between 10,000 and 15,000 people each year.

Featuring the TZ3 run on Friday evening, July 5th, followed Saturday evening by outstanding musical groups, activities for kids, a large variety of food vendors, a motorcycle ride, spectacular fireworks finale, and much more! Funded by donations of area businesses and individuals, we need everyone's help to provide the best block party possible! All donations can be mailed to the address above.
