A "quick" upcycled project. I found two stretch bracelets made from beads and safety pins and this really cool handmade belt buckle.

The beaded safety pins are attached with wire and hand sewn to the collar. I converted the belt from a tie to a belt with grommet holes and the buckle.

Got a new toy today!!!! So excited to make some fun stickers with it!!! The filling is from my hoard of findings, but the kit does have little paper confetti type stuff.
