Vinny came in and picked up this Valknut for his first tattoo from me. We chose a different position after having a conversation, and I think we’re both glad we did. Also, there’s a good possibility this was placed here because the rest of the arm is to follow later on, so look out for more from Mr. Vincent.

Wow! Twelve years. As I sit and think about it all, I’m overwhelmed with the gratitude I feel for those of you that have trusted, and continue to trust me to put art in your skin. I’m so grateful to have clients that have become friends through this journey. I’m thankful to be able to share my talent and be able to make a living doing something I love, and you guys are the reason. Trust me when I say that it’s not lost on me. With all the changes in my personal life this past year, I have to admit without the “Shoppe” and my Ink House Family, I’m not sure I would’ve made it, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all mean more to me than you know.
It’s been a fun and crazy ride, and I’m looking forward to seeing what this year brings. I’m not going anywhere, and now piercing is back, too, so it’s already shaping up to start off well.
For those that don’t know, the 13th year is an important one in the tattoo world, and I truly believe this coming year will be the best one yet. Stay tuned for some announcements about really cool stuff coming up soon.
Once again, thank you all for your support, and I look forward to seeing what the next year brings!

I didn’t get any photos of piercingsby_kota on her first day here at Ink House this past Saturday, nor had I even taken any photos of the piercing room since we got all the junk out of there. Boy does it look so much better! Anyway, here’s a quick peek. I’m sure it’ll change some a Dakota ads her own touch and makes it “home” for her.

PS: I’m gonna get a couple good pics of her this week so we can make a formal introduction post. ….go figure I’m running late on something! 🙄😂

A bit of freehand (drawn on) color work on Chrisie’s arm today. Tied the new work into the existing turtles and bubbles from a while back. Super fun to make tattoos like this. Thanks for looking!

Hey folks! I guess most of you have figured out by now that piercing is now back at Ink House Tattoo Shoppe. I was supposed to make the official announcement yesterday, but I was working at the shop until after midnight last night, so here’s a quick announcement. I’ll make a post later and introduce you to IHTS’s new piercer, but for now you can follow her on Instagram at piercingsby_kota .
The reason I’m making this post early is because I want you to know that she’s starting today! Come by and welcome Dakota to the Ink House Family, and maybe get a piercing while you’re here. ….and if you can’t decide on which one to get, or if you just want to gamble, we have a roulette wheel you can spin. (More details on that later.)
I’m super excited about finally being able to offer piercing again, and by an experienced piercer. Y’all come show some love!
