Please note our upcoming schedule changes as we prepare to host the South Georgia Arts Symposium!

The Arts Center will close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2 for our Welcome Reception and will be closed all day Thursday, Sept. 3 as we host the South Georgia Arts Symposium.

We will also be closed Monday, Sept. 7 in observance of Labor Day.

We look forward to welcoming arts organizations from across South Georgia to Moultrie!

📚 Youth Book Club: Junie B. Jones: Sneaky Peeky Spying!

Calling all Junie B. Jones fans! Join us for four weeks of reading, discussion, activities and plenty of Junie B. fun! Students will meet Mondays, Sept. 14, 21, 28 and Oct. 5 from 4–4:45 p.m.

Registration is just $5 and includes a copy of the book! Plus, students who attend all four sessions will receive a FREE ticket to the Arts Center’s Junie B. Jones production on Oct. 17 or 18. 🎭

🎨📖 Help bring Benjamin Paints a Pumpkin to life! 🎃

The Arts Center of Moultrie is inviting students across Colquitt County to participate in our Community Illustration Project! Students will create artwork for an original children’s book written by Executive Director Kelly Avery, with their artwork inspiring a community Story Walk this October.

Each participating student will:
🎨 Create an official book cover design
📖 Illustrate an assigned 2-page spread
🖌️ Use any artistic medium they love!

Submissions are due September 4 at 5 PM.
