Wanna get your hands dirty? We’ve got some options this month:

Oct. 16: 4:30 Mini Ghosts 👻 Sculpt up to four custom little spirits
Oct. 16– 2pm to close— Free form Fridays 🏺 Make whatever the ‘gram showed you, we’ll help.
Oct. 17: 11am Mini Pumpkin Patches 🎃 Create a half dozen little gourds
Oct. 17: 1:30pm Mini Ghosts 👻
Oct. 18 • 1pm Mini Haunted Houses Homeownership, but tiny and intentionally haunted.
Oct. 18 • 1pm 🫖 Pour Decisions: A Teapot Workshop Finally, a pour decision you can tell your mother about 🫖

Oct. 19 4pm— mini ghosts 👻 👻

🏺 Free-Form Fridays: Make whatever you want (almost). Every Friday, open to close.

Oct. 31: Cute ghosts Little hands, big ideas. One booking includes a child and their grown-up.

☕️ Mug Mondays • 6pm Oct. 19 & 26 and Nov. 2 Hand-build up to two mugs. Monday owes you that much.

🌀 Beginner Wheel Orientation • Ages 12+ Saturdays, Oct. 17, 24 & 31 • 9:30am or 12:30pm Sundays, Oct. 18 & 25 and Nov. 1 • 10am Your own wheel. No experience needed. Laughing when the clay has other plans is encouraged.

Custom Christmas Cookie Jars Nov. 11 • 6:30pm Dec. 6 • 1pm Customize a locally poured ceramic cookie jar with painting, glazing, and raised clay decorations. Gift it to your favorite baker, or keep it. The cookies need somewhere to live.

Unload the latest Moscow kiln 🔥 with me— in our Colfax studio 😵‍💫

Our Moscow kiln has died ☠️ 🪦 so we’ve been busy transporting pottery from Moscow to Terracotta Pullman and Terracotta Colfax to fire. Moving greenware— like this load— is my *exact* least favorite thing to do because clay doesn’t get any more fragile than this 😬 🚗

Fortunately we have an incredible team who carefully wrapped and packed each piece individually, and we also bought out all of the packing peanuts🥜 at UHaul last month so somehow, miracle of miracles, only one piece of pottery broke in this entire process. Sorry, Spencer 😢

🎃 Seats are filling fast 🎃

Make a generously-sized terracotta pumpkin with us, and take it home to use in time for Halloween. Because the clay is naturally pumpkin-colored, there is no glazing needed. Just make, let us fire it once, and then take it home to enjoy year after year. These guys really will out-last all of us👻
