We would like everyone to know; we are in the process of sending in applications to the county for the correct zoning of the property and working with them currently. Unfortunately, 2026 Dates will not be possible at this time, so we will have to work on a 2027 Schedule once the property is correctly Zoned. Currently, the property has only been zoned for agriculture/ rural.. it is not zoned for a motorplex.Slash concerts, festivals and camping, which is what we are applying for the only way we believe the facility can maintain profitable operations...please understand.. THE RECREATIONAL ZONING IS ONLY FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT, WHICH MEANS YOU GOTTA APPLY FOR A PERMIT.WE DO NOT WANT TO APPLY FOR PERMITS.WE WANT THE ZONING PERMANENT.. WE DON'T WANT TO BE AT THE MERCY OF COMMISSIONERS, OR IDEAS OF WHAT WE CAN DO. WHEN WE CAN DO IT.. OR WHERE WE CAN DO IT... WE WANT PERMANENT ZONING TO BE ABLE TO DO RACING. MOTOCROSS, CONCERTS, FESTIVALS.. HAUNTED HOUSES. CAMPING YEAR ROUND.. PLEASE UNDERSTAND.. STAY TUNED AND THANK YOU....
