You may have met us before, but we thought it was time for a little reintroduction!

We’re the family behind The Estate at One Forty Four, and what started as a vision has turned into something so special. It has been so fun watching this place grow and come such a long way. There’s still so much more to come, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us!

And today is an extra special day for our family — Happy Anniversary to our very own Andrew & Camille Smith! 🤍 This anniversary looks a little different as they just welcomed their first baby girl into the world on August 16th, making our family a little sweeter!

So thankful for this family, this place, and all the memories being made along the way. 🤍
