Springtime in Atlanta wouldn’t be complete without the inspiring voices of the Spivey Hall Children’s Choir! Join us for a weekend of beautiful music as all three ensembles—Young Artists, Children’s Choir, and Tour Choir—take the stage for their Spring Concerts.

Spring Concerts—including a chance to sing with Martha: There are two concerts this spring at which all three choirs (YA, CC, and TC) will be singing—Saturday, May 17 at 3pm and Sunday, May 18 at 3pm. Purchase tickets through the box office online or 678-466-4200.

Alumni will have a chance to sing “The Way You Look Tonight” with current Tour Choir members and Dr. Martha Shaw at the Saturday, May 17 concert. We're providing sheet music of Harris Wheeler's arrangement—please print and bring and bring with you if possible. (DM for a link to the music; it's also in your email!) A recording of the song is also available on the choir’s third album, I’ll Be Seeing You, available on YouTube. Rehearsal begins at 10:30am on May 17. Plan to grab a buddy for lunch before the 3pm concert.

It was so nice to see so many of you at the concerts Saturday and Sunday!

We'd love to have a strong showing of alums sponsoring songs. They're available for between $75 and $230 or partial sponsorships for as low as $25.

I recognize such classics as "Laudate Domino", "I'll Be Seeing You", "And Old Joe Clark" on the list. Check it out!

(The sponsor a song link mistakenly marked all the songs sold out on Saturday, so it would be an especially big help for the alums to step up.)

Attention alumni! Do a service for your choir *and* get $10 tickets to the Christmas concert as a volunteer usher.

Concerts are at Spivey Hall at 3pm on Saturday, 12/7 and 12/8. Ushers will need to arrive not later than 2:30.

Craig Hurley and the SHCC staff would love for alumni to know they're just as welcome to come by for a visit during rehearsal as we've always been. They'd also love for volunteers to talk to Children's Choir for 2-3 minutes about our experiences with the choir and where you are now, especially during announcements —usually around 8:10.
