Love this post! Spot on!

Last week I asked a simple question about businesses people miss around Morristown and the surrounding area.

I honestly thought maybe a few dozen people would respond.

Instead, it reached more than 84,000 people.

The interesting part wasn’t the number.

It was reading hundreds of comments and realizing how many memories were tied to local businesses.

Restaurants.

Stores.

Places people gathered with family and friends.

It reminded me that people rarely remember businesses because of advertising.

They remember how those businesses made them feel.

For any business owner, that’s a good reminder.

The goal isn’t just to get attention.

The goal is to create experiences worth remembering.

I know we have a lot of new people that have moved to the area. I always suggest visiting this spot. It was a favorite as a child and still is today. I’m so glad it’s gotten a facelift!
