This coming Thursday, September 3rd, Aleg-up will be holding another free community drum circle! It'll be out on the Skywalk, weather permitting, but we'll move it inside if Mother Nature doesn't cooperate. ☔

Don't worry if you don't have time to acquire a fancy drum, bring anything you can make noise with! Even a bucket or empty coffee or oatmeal tin will do. 👍

Like the rest of you, we're mourning the loss of Dolly Parton, one of the most charismatic and compassionate artists of any time or era.

She represented so much of what we love about the arts and our area rolled into one: fearless fashion sense, cutting wit, the ability to make you cackle and cry in the same song, and all the kindness she poured back into her community and the world, especially through the Imagination Library, which has put hundreds of millions of free books in the hands of children who needed them.

She never treated where she came from and where she ended up as two different stories. She instead mantled our local spirit and showcased it to the grandest stages the world had to offer, never once apologizing for the accent.

Thanks for everything, Dolly. Rest easy. 🦋

It's almost that time again: every Wednesday is Karaoke Above Main, starting at 7:00 🎵 Whether it's your first time singing or you're ready to show off, there's no place more relaxing to kick back and enjoy the tunes. ✨

The Gallery Grille will be open as usual, serving up the regular menu and our $12 weekly special!

Tomorrow night! Wednesday's Karaoke Above Main went so well we're throwing in a bonus round, with a theme: Alternative Night!
Nirvana, The Cranberries, The Cure, R.E.M., Depeche Mode, No Doubt, Green Day, Siouxsie Sioux, Smashing Pumpkins... you get the idea. 🎶
