We want to take a moment to thank **everyone who came out and joined us last night at the Ridge for the Jake Shown Race On Memorial!** ❤️

First, I do want to apologize for the late night. I knew adding another class to the schedule with **92 cars on hand** was going to make for a longer night, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

I also want to apologize for the **dust**. I promise I try my best to keep it to a minimum, but sometimes Mother Nature and track conditions just don’t cooperate the way we had planned. We will continue doing everything we can to make the conditions as good as possible for both our drivers and fans.

All in all, there was some **GREAT racing** last night, and we hope everyone who came out enjoyed their night with us!

We are incredibly thankful for **each and every driver, fan, pit crew, volunteer, staff member, and sponsor** who helps make nights like this possible. Without all of you, there would be no Ridge. ❤️

And a special thank you to everyone who helped us honor Jake and keep his Race On Memorial going. We hope we did him proud. ❤️🏁

# Jake Shown’s Race on Memorial #

Jake Shown’s Race on Memorial is a very special night—a night dedicated to remembering and honoring all of those we have lost over the years. ❤️

Jake created this race several years ago, and we are doing our very best to keep his vision and this special tradition going. The payouts may not be extravagant, but that was never what this race was supposed to be about. We know Jake would have said the exact same thing.

We have also added **Rusty Bolts** to the lineup! So please help us spread the word and let all of your Rusty Bolt drivers, and friends know.

If anyone is interested in sponsoring anything toward the payout, it would be greatly appreciated. Every bit of support helps us keep this special race going and honor the reason it was created..

Come out, support the racers, and most importantly, help us remember those who will forever be a part of our racing family.

I assure you, we are not trying to outdo or compete with any other track. When we receive messages and calls from people wanting to add money to a class or race, we are simply doing what we are being asked to do—just as any other track would.
At the end of the day, we want to see ALL of our local dirt tracks succeed and thrive. We support our fellow tracks whenever we can, and we hope to see them continue to grow and have great crowds, great racing, and great seasons.
There’s plenty of room for all of us to succeed. 🏁❤️
We appreciate everyone who supports us here at Cedar Ridge Speedway, and we will continue doing everything we can to make the Ridge a great place to race and enjoy a Saturday night! 🏁
