Rodeo updates and reminders.

Both nights of the rodeo are presented by Northeast Natural Energy! We once again thank them for their continued support in helping make this event possible.

The rodeo will take place Thursday September 10 and Friday the 11th. This is a SEBRA sanctioned event put on by a rodeo company who has won many awards! Both nights begin at 7pm. Riders have until 12 noon on September 8th to register. Mutton Bustin will take place before the rodeo begins. Additional details (rider requirements, etc) will be announced soon after finalizing some details.

Reminder: Friday September 11th is American Heroes Night. Active or retired military or first responders (fire, EMS, and law enforcement) receive free entry by showing a valid ID at the gate. This is also thanks to our friends at Northeast Natural Energy.

Thursday: A Comedy Show and Echoes of Eden WV
Friday: Tyler and Tiffany Rice Band and Sam L. Smith Music (the same day he releases a new single!)
Saturday: Kenny Zara Music The System Buckers Band and Cayden Roberson Music
Sunday: The Bands from PopShop

Here it is, the full schedule for the 2026 Monongalia County Fair! The first fair at our new permanent fairgrounds at 72 Adena Drive, off of Walnut Hill Road just off Route 7.
