Happy Pride Month 💙🏳️‍🌈💖 resharing my rainbow DMC floss thread palette for anyone who needs a starting point for their patterns. As with all of my thread palettes, free to use and share, and please tag me in your creations, I'd love to see them!
This palette is based on the 1980 six color flag that evolved from the original Baker/Segerblom eight color flag. I've gone a little into the history of the color evolution in older posts, let me know if you want to learn more!
A friendly reminder, Pride is the perfect time to uplift and support q***r voices and q***r artists rather than to profit off of them- if you're a q***r artist shout yourself out in the comments!

May the 4th be with you! Happy Star Wars Day from two of my favorite Star Wars pieces I've made! Jedi Psyduck was originally made for but I love him dearly and want to bring him to life again someday. The second is more recent, and an ever relevant sentiment.

Who's the baddest? US, HELLO!
On Friday, I posted the below piece as part of a needlework collab on insta for K-Pop Demon Hunters. In the last twenty four hours, the official social media page for the movie has found the highlight reel I made of all of the artists involved, and found, liked, AND SHARED the post I made on their page.
So grateful for the cool folks who were a part of this collab who also got their work recognized, and for the people who run the official pages who recognize their fans and the work we create!

As of last week, I have some of my pieces up at The Mews Herald Adoption Center & Cat Café ! My beloved mini cat portraits, a bit of snarky and cat related needlework, plush bag charms, plus bowties and cat toys in the display case at the end of the counter.
I'm so excited to have another venue to share my work, and or course 20% of the proceeds go right back to the kitties of The Cats' Cradle of NC
