The Rise Church UC We want to be a church that is relevant to our culture. On Sunday mornings our music is modern, our dress is casual, and the environment is fantastic.

However, much more importantly, we are a thoroughly gospel-centric church.

Much of our community is experiencing some devastating loss due to the storms that swept through our county last night. Our church has a clothing closet that we open to the community once a month. We will be opening it today for anyone experiencing loss due to the tornadoes. We have clothes for babies all the way up to adults. I am hoping to be at the church at 10AM. If you need clothes feel free to come.

Who knew there were different levels of worship?

How do you take worship to the next level?

John 4:23-24

🎶 Worship is NOT JUST a song! 🎶

🙌🏼It’s the way you live your life openly and behind closed doors.
🙌🏼It is Spirit led. (When the Holy Spirit gives you that twinge to step outside of your comfort zone)
🙌🏼Must be in truth.
🙌🏼Requires sacrifice (you must be willing to surrender something! What is prioritized over God?)

When you worship openly, freely and fully surrendered. You will welcome God to transform you!

Be the one that surrenders!
Be the one that follows The Holy Spirit’s lead!
Be the one that knows God the most!
Be the one that creates a space for others to surrender, follow and know the true character of God!
