PHOTBOOTH ATTENDANT NEEDED FOR HALLOWEEN NIGHT

We are looking for a friendly, responsible person to run our photobooth at a fall festival at a church in Thibodaux, LA on Halloween night (October 31st) for a couple of hours.

You would be responsible for:

• Setting up and tearing down the photobooth/backdrop
• Operating the booth and helping guests use it
• Helping guests access/send their photos after taking them
• Taking good care of the equipment
• Being friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with families and kids
• Having reliable transportation to and from the event

This is a paid position. You do not need prior photobooth experience. We will show you everything you need to know. There is expected to be a large crowd, so must do well with large groups.

Vendor Spotlight: His and Hers Creations2025

This week’s vendor spotlight is on a business that is a little more personal to us.

I’ve known Chris since we were in junior high, and we also have the opportunity to work together. Over the years, we’ve become good friends, and it has been great getting to know his wife as well.

The two of them have started their own craft business, and we’ve had the pleasure of being vendors alongside them at quite a few markets and events. They are genuinely good people, always friendly and easy to be around, and they make some really neat crafts.

One of the things we enjoy most about doing markets is getting to know the other vendors and seeing the different things everyone creates. These two are definitely vendors we’re always happy to see at an event.

If you see them at a market, make sure you stop by their booth, check out their crafts, and show them some love. Supporting small, local businesses and the people behind them is what these markets are all about.

We’re glad to have you guys as friends and fellow vendors, and we’re happy to shine a little spotlight on your business!

Vendor Spotlight: Madi Lou's Sweet Sips

This week’s vendor spotlight is a little extra special because we’re shining the spotlight on our very own Madi Lou’s Sweet Sips.

What started as a simple idea has grown into something we are incredibly proud of. Madi Lou’s Sweet Sips serves fresh, delicious lemonade with a variety of flavors and specialty options, making it a great addition to markets, community events, parties, and celebrations.

We’ve had the opportunity to watch this little business grow and see the excitement people have when they see the Madi Lou’s Sweet Sips tent at an event. The support from our local community has meant so much to us, and we truly appreciate everyone who has stopped by, tried a lemonade, shared a post, or simply encouraged Madi along the way. Did we mention that the founder is 12 years old? It's her own little business.
