This award recognizes directors with 4–10 years of service who demonstrate continued program growth, dedication to their students, and a commitment to elevating their teams. We are so proud of our dancers! They worked hard all year and it paid off at our competitions and final show! Thank you for giving it 100%, trusting your coaches, being amazing teammates, and bringing smiles to everyone that watches you dance! We love you all!❤️
