We've had so very many calls about this 1/3 acre lot between Petersburg and Moorefield in Fisher straight. We may have given some wrong information. Lots of folks have asked if you could put a single wide mobile home on the lot and due to the fact that there are no single wide mobile homes on this stretch of highway we told them no. Well we found many old Deeds and could not find anything saying you could not have a mobile home. Now you cannot put a business or Advertising Signs on the lot. If you are interested in putting a mobile home here then you need to reach out to an attorney to research the Deeds to let you know for sure and I can highly recommend Mr James Heishman in Hardy County.
