Open house!! Monday 8/31 4-5P and Tuesday 9/1 2-4P we’re hosting an open house at MFG Friendship Hall where you can come check out the space, test out a new apparatus and chat with our coaches about classes! Open to all ages and free, we hope to see you there 🤍

Aerial 1/2 is almost full!! Is your kid wanting to try out all the apparatus?! This class is a great introduction to aerial foundations where they’ll get to refine their basic skills and gain confidence in the air. Fall session runs September 14th to December 14th with our show, Fantasy Fliers, on November 14th!

Little Monkeys is starting September 15th and runs every Tuesday 3:15-4! Come connect with your little one utilizing the aerial equipment to build strength and confidence for mom and kiddo. For kiddos 4 and under with their caregiver. Class is $22 a session 🙌

We have fun in Adult Mixed Level Silks, every Tuesday 6-7PM at Montrose Fairgrounds friendship hall. Come try out this class with a punch pass or sign up for the full fall semester September 14 to December 14th! We also have an open house happening next Monday and Tuesday if you want to test out a certain apparatus ✌️

Tuesday nights are always a blast in Sling/Lyra/Trap class from 6-7. We do a combo on one apparatus each week and condition on the others! We even put up the flying pole some weeks 🙌 sign up for the semester or use an adult punch pass to drop in.
