Class Spotlight: Unleash Your Strength

Unleash Your Strength is a full body workout using a barbell with light to moderate weights to improve muscle tone, endurance, and overall strength.
Guided instruction and motivating music help participants build lean muscle and increase bone density while developing confidence with strength training movements.
