Based on Stephen King’s chilling novel, MISERY is a gripping stage thriller filled with suspense, obsession, and psychological terror.

After famous novelist Paul Sheldon is injured in a car accident, he wakes up in the secluded home of his “number one fan,” Annie Wilkes. At first, Annie appears to be his devoted rescuer—but when she discovers what Paul has done to her favorite character, her kindness begins to disappear.

Trapped, isolated, and completely at Annie’s mercy, Paul must find a way to survive before his biggest fan becomes his greatest nightmare.
