Wayne County Fair & Horse Show The 2026 Wayne County Fair and Horse Show will be June 26 - July 4, 2026. Admission price includes rides on June 29 - July 4.

June 26 & 27 - $5 per person
June 29 - $15 per person
June 30 & July 1 - $10 per person
July 2, 3 & 4 - $15 per person Wayne County Fair & Horse Show, Inc. is a non-profit Kentucky corporation. The Fair Board is made up of a group of volunteers who freely give hours of their time to plan and organize the many fun and exciting activities that make up the Wayne County Fair & Horse Show. The board i

s supported in their efforts by the Wayne County Extension Service and the Kentucky State Fair and Horse Show. Each member of the board offers their expertise, effort, and experience to the group in order to continue to provide family-oriented activities and competitions for the people of Wayne County. The Fair Board leases the Monticello-Wayne County Memorial Park during the week of fair events. We would like to thank the staff of the Park, as well as Judge/Executive Scott Gehring, the Wayne County Fiscal Court, Mayor Kenny Catron, and the Monticello City Council, for their many hours of assistance and their quality facility in order to bring these fun events to the community. We also greatly appreciate our local volunteer firefighters for their work and assistance to put on a safe and extremely high quality fireworks display each year! Kentucky Charitable Gaming License

Special needs community, this is for you! There are Sunshine events at various events throughout the state where you can work in the show ring with a trained mentor to show animals. The sunshine event at the state fair is also the same day as the free sensory awareness day with rides. Check out the pictures and links for all the info. If you have any questions I’m sure Tracey-Tammy Wilson wouldn’t mind answering them for you!

🚜💨 What a Night at the Wayne County Fair! 💨🚜

The last night of the fair was the Truck & Tractor Pull it was an amazing night. From the roaring engines to the incredible horsepower, the grandstands were packed with fans cheering on every pull. Thank you to all of the drivers, pullers, officials, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who came out to make the night such a huge success.

We appreciate the continued support from our amazing community—it’s because of you that the Wayne County Fair continues to be a tradition we can all be proud of!
