So, your kid wants to be in the gym, but you aren’t sure exactly what class to take? PreTeam? Gymnastics? Tumble? Acro? 🤷♀️😵💫⁉️
Below is an explanation of each class, but we are also going to do a few FREE TRIAL classes. 🎉
The trial classes are for students who fully intend on enrolling, but just aren’t sure which class is right for them. Please do not attend a class your student has participated in before.

So, what’s the difference in each class?
✨ PreTeam Gymnastics - This class is for the gymnast who wants to take it a step beyond recreational classes. Someone who is considering competing, but isn’t quite ready to commit. The students in this class will do all 4 apparatuses : beam, bars, floor, & vault. They will also learn routines for each of these. This is an hour class for kindergarten and up.
✨ Tumble - The students in this class will work on tumbling skills only. They do not do bars, beam, or vault. Students will learn tumbling skills based on their skill level. The tumbling skills will include, but are not limited to : forward and backward rolls, back bends, cartwheels, round offs, back walkovers, back handsprings, and so forth.
✨ Gymnastics - All recreational gymnastics learn skills for all 4 apparatuses : beam, bars, floor, & vault. 30 minute classes are offered for kindergarten & below ; 1 hour classes are offered for 1st grade & up. Skills will be taught based on ability level, but every gymnast will get to experience each apparatus.
✨ Acro - Acro includes tumbling and dance flexibility. Students learn tumbling skills based on skill level, and also work on flexibility body positions. Some examples of skills learned in acro include chin stands, headstands, tumbling skills, and aerials. This is an hour class for kindergarten and up. Students must have a bridge (backbend) to begin acro.
FAQ :
❓“Can my little join gymnastics?”
