River Bend House of Brews LLC This establishment is a gourmet coffee and tea shop with an Art Gallery for artwork and consignment This beautiful two story blue house was built in 1890 by Mr.

Joseph Dale, the original owner of The Lawrence County Press, and is presently owned by the city of Monticello. Due to its historical nature, the inside still boasts original architecture and a wonderful staircase. Although it is 130+ years old, it has a modern appeal for a gourmet coffee and tea shop as well as an Art Gallery showcasing local artists' works for sale. Also, the coffee shop overloo

ks Cooper's Ferry Park, and the house is across the street from the Lawrence County Civic Center and Regional History Museum. Art Gallery walls upstairs showcase artwork for sale, and wall space is available for rent. Two adjoining rooms are available for rent (daily basis) to host private parties (birthday, anniversary, bunco or specific functions). In addition, we offer live music on the weekends. Solo acoustic sets, duo sets, and full bands play for cover and tips. The music variety ranges from classic country, classic rock, gospel, and originals.
