A MESSAGE FROM THE WHEELER FAMILY. WE ARE RACING!
After a lot of thought and consideration, our family has made the difficult decision to list Montgomery International Dragway for sale.
Before rumors or speculation started making their way around, we wanted our racers and racing family to hear it directly from us first.
We also want to be clear that Montgomery International Dragway is NOT closing. We will continue racing, and operating as usual while we look for the right buyer to carry the track forward. We will also have a 2027 Schedule!
We just want to give the right person the opportunity to buy it - so if you know anyone that would carry the legacy of the track forward, please let them know it is for sale.
This track has become much more than a business to us. The friendships and relationships we've built along the way mean more than we can put into words. Our racers have become family, and we are incredibly thankful for every person who has supported us.
Our hope is to find someone with the passion and vision to build on what we've done, take Montgomery International Dragway further than we have, and most importantly, continue serving the racers and the racing community.
From me and the entire Wheeler family, thank you for your friendship, loyalty, and support. It has meant more to us than you know.
The gates aren't closing. The racing isn't stopping. We're simply looking for the right person to carry it forward.
And yes, we will create a 2027 Schedule if the track isn’t sold to the right owner!
