We have had over 450,000 visits at our Singsnap.com music site. Our goal is to keep the oldies alive and well. Thank you for joining us and hope you sing along.

Welcome aboard, you are also invited to join our music site and hope you click "Like" to be in our loop with us. There’s an old saying I have lived by for a long time and love, (Sing like nobody's listening and dance like nobody's watching) I feel if you follow that old saying you will live life happier, fuller and even longer. I had a country and pop band many years ago and still love sharing music. The rest of my story in the business world. I’m award-winning home builder/remodeler. Member of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) and served on the Board of Director for 3 years. Voted to hall of fame by REMODELING magazine as one of the “Big 50” awards winner as one of the top 50 remodelers of the year in USA. Radio talk show host and was on Houston #1 Talk Radio Stations for many years, KPRC-950 and KSEV-700 radio stations. My radio show was known as, Homeline Talk Radio helping Houston homeowners with their home and real estate questions on the air. Our radio show also broadcasted in several other states.

I’m also a Realtor and I still build homes and sell real estate today. My client’s tell me they love the fact I’m a builder/remodeler when they hire me to help them find their dream home. I can answer questions about construction concerns and remodeling when we review homes in the buying process.

In closing, I feel music brings us together and can help change minds and hearts around to the world. Sure seems to me we need more music in our life and need to come together here and around the world. All the songs I sing still belong to the original artists who sang them and composed them.
