First, thank you to everyone who supports us and joins us for Singo Bingo each week. We truly appreciate you.

I wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes perspective because I know many people see a full parking lot on Tuesdays and assume it's our most profitable night. The reality is a little different.

Many guests arrive several hours before the event begins and stay until it ends. During that time, those tables aren't available for other customers, and some guests order very little food or drink throughout the evening. At the same time, we bring in additional staff, pay for the Singo Bingo program, the host, and the equipment needed to make the event happen.

We also have to limit attendance. Our priority is safety, but we are also working within the capacity of our dining room, kitchen, and staff. While we would love to accommodate everyone, we simply cannot serve more than a certain number of guests and still provide a good experience. Turning away people is hard and many of those that get turned away get irate. I try to explain things the best I can.

Our team works incredibly hard every Tuesday night. From the kitchen to the front of house, everyone gives it their all to make sure guests have a fun evening. We are grateful for that effort and want to make sure these events remain sustainable for both our staff and our business.

Because of this, beginning next week we will implement a $14 food and beverage minimum for Singo Bingo participants.

This change is not meant to exclude anyone. It is simply a way to help cover the costs associated with hosting the event and ensure we can continue offering it in the future.

The reason we've continued Singo Bingo is simple: people enjoy it. Seeing friends and families gather, laugh, and have a good time is what makes it worthwhile. We hope this change will allow us to continue providing that experience for years to come.
