From day one, all I wanted was to create a spot for our community to laugh, sing, listen to live music, and enjoy good food and great drinks together.
Five years later, you arenât just our customersâyou are our family and our neighbors (even when you pack the parking lot so full on Singo Bingo nights that nobody else can get in đ).

Five years ago, we dreamed up a spot to call our own,
where live music played, drinks were poured, and friendships grew and grown.
We opened up the doors to Cork This Tap That with a plan:
To build a place where laughter lives and song fills every man.
A place to sing right out loud, to dance and let it rip,
While filling up your bellies and quenching every sip.
To our incredible community, youâre neighbors and youâre kin,
You bring the life into this place the second you walk in.
You stuck with us through plumbing woes and cold days in the dark, when the main power went completely out and we lost our guiding spark.
Weâve fired up the space heaters to keep the chill away,
And nearly burned the building down when the fryer went astray!
And on Singo Bingo nights, you pack the lot so tight,
That no one else can squeeze a car into our biggest night.
To our unstoppable, wild crew who works the floor and line,
Youâve pulled those brutal double shifts and made this business shine. Weâve survived the staffing shortages with laughter, sweat, and grit, and line-danced through the kitchen prep when we just wanted to quit. We've dressed like bacon, eggs, and toast (though breakfast menus fell!), And hidden rubber snakes around to make each other yell. With that talking bathroom pig who's always full of snarky wit, The laughs we share inside these walls are things we'd never quit.
Five years of tunes, five years of fun, five years of pure delight,
Thank you for making every day a wild and joyful night.
