We won! Our collaboration won two 2026 Bronze Global Music Awards. One of the greatest gifts of creating The Myth of Water: Go Into Your Life has been working with Larry Mitchell.

Larry brought these poems to life with original compositions, performances, recording, mixing, and production that honored every word. His remarkable career includes a Grammy Award, numerous production honors, and a 2022 Global Music Awards Gold Medal for his solo instrumental album The Light Within. https://larrymitchell.bandcamp.com/album/the-light-within

Thank you, Larry, for hearing Helen Keller's story so deeply and transforming it into music with such beauty and care. What we created together is something I'll always treasure.

We'll be performing selections from The Myth of Water: Go Into Your Life again this fall. Visit my website for upcoming dates: https://jeaniethompson.com/events/
