Making time for my art again. Trying to prep some inventory for the Pike Road Arts And Crafts Fair this fall! Hoping to see some familiar faces out there again. This will be my 3rd year as a vendor and I cannot wait! I made this piece today on Nara paper with alcohol inks. It feels so good to be making art again. My goal is to be in my studio every day again, creating, organizing or getting inspired! Life has been crazy for about the last year and I have missed my creativity.

I got a wall space for my canvases and a shelf space for my Alcohol Ink pieces, coasters and journals! Can’t wait to see where this goes, I really just want to get my art into peoples homes and to get my name out in the area ❤️

It’s been a while but I’m back and playing with my inks and paints again! Spinning up for some upcoming local shows, so I figured let’s have some fun and give away some art!

For May I’m doing the month of flowers prompts, following along with the amazing and her group! I’m behind on posting so here are my first two completed flowers. The for 3/2 and the for 3/3.

I created these with .koi.brush and Gansai watercolors. Then did shading with markers, colored pencils, lines with pens and highlights with Uni Posca pens!

For the month of May I’m doing a flower each weekday! I did a Black Eyed Susan for May 2nd. I’m a little behind on finishing them up due to sports and kiddo commitments so I’ll be playing catch up the next few days 😆
